PENSA Newsletter May-August 2006, Vol.7 No.2 Message From Editor Dear PENSA members:          Cerebrate the Days! This month, many of us have paid our attention to the World Cup Tournaments. Hope all of you are not too exhausted from watching the matches. Congratulation to our member's country representative teams from Asia; Japan and Korea for their spirits and efforts in many matches that we have seen.        In this PENSA's newsletter, we published 4 abstracts from the 11th PENSA Congress in Korea: "Impact of anabolic manipulations in ICU patients" by Claude Pichard from Geneva, "Cancer cachexia : Diet" by Abirami Vandivel Kumaar from India, " Diet and disease activity in ulcerative colitis" by Poonam Rana from Dundee, and "Stability and compatibility of parenteral nutrition" by Staffan Bark from Sweden. We hope that these issues can serve the interests of all our members included the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and dietitians.         In October this year, the International Board meeting will meet in Bangkok for planning of the PENSA activities in the future. Thus, if any of you have suggestion for improving the Society, please feel free to send your suggestion to PENSA center at sicct@mahidol.ac.th.
