PENSA Newsletter September-Devember 2007, Vol.8 No.3 Message From Editor Dear PENSA members: Mabuhay! We have just come back from Manila, Philippines. The 12th PENSA Congress is a great success. We have to congratulate Professor Jonathan Asprer and his team for organizing such a successful and fruitful congress. The scientific part is great but the social events and cultural shows were marvelous. Those who missed the congress can have a glimpse of the through the pictures shown in this newsletter. The PENSA flag was transferred from Philippines to Malaysia. The venue of the next PENSA congress in 2009 will be in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia. Also, the interesting issues in this newsletter derived from the 12th PENSA congress. “Nutrition support education and computerization” by Dr. Luisito Llido from Philippines. Dr. Llido is one of the instructors of TNT course. “Current trends in nutritional support in critically illness: from Bench to bedside” by Dr. Andrew Davies, the President of AuSPEN. The last issue is “the differences of Subjective Global Assessment between nurses and dietitians” by Dr. Rie Furukawa from Japan.
